Our cosy village, nestled in the heart of nature, is a pioneer in new and digital government. We use the latest technology to enhance our daily lives and make it easier for our residents to connect and communicate with one another.
Despite being a digital and technical pioneering village, we haven't lost our love for quietness, respect, and the simple pleasures of life. Our village is a place where everyone can find space and freedom to do what they like—whether it's working on personal projects, exploring nature, or spending time with loved ones.
One of our core values is respect for each other, and we take great care to create an inclusive and welcoming community where diversity is celebrated. No broken places exist in our village—everything is nice and taken care of. The streets are clean and well-maintained, and the houses are designed to create a cosy and warm environment that feels like home.

Regenerative Agriculture
Animals grazing on terraces—black nose sheep, Polish chickens, alpacas, and shepherd dogs— maintaining the land and regenerating the soil.
Thriving Local Economy
Income through accommodation rental, retreats, cultural events, and workshops. Revenue covers costs and allows return on investment to initial buyers.

Closely connected with other similar projects, constantly experimenting and pioneering new ways for people to live together in nature.

Instead of a local government, our village is governed by a DAO. All relevant decisions that affect the entire village—such as new people moving here, new businesses, local investments, or decisions on what to invest next—are taken democratically through the DAO.
Before the DAO system is fully established, decisions are made by initial investors and the community. Voting power depends on time spent in the village, money invested, and completed projects with pre-assigned value through the DAO.
Monthly Stewards: Instead of a classic mayor, the village has monthly stewards who govern for that month, ensuring all residents are respected and village rules are upheld. Stewards are rewarded with voting power and financial compensation.

Property Ownership
Private ownership, just as in a normal village. When you're not present, your home opens to other village people to use, ensuring no wasted resources.
Future Vision:
Plan for de-privatisation through an association buying everything back, creating true shared ownership while maintaining individual responsibility.
Return on Investment
Revenue generated through accommodation rental, retreats, cultural events, and workshops covers costs and allows return on investment to initial buyers.
Sustainable Model:
The village generates sufficient income to be self-sustaining while supporting regenerative practices and community development.

All people from the village share a common dream, but also have personal dreams and support each other in achieving them. Whenever a dream is achieved, we celebrate.

All people in the village work together at constantly improving the village and making it more beautiful. They do this by working and improving their own property but also by working collectively on village projects.
